You also don't need to put the key fob in the key hole for it to start. My key is always in my pocket and I just push to start

I have an X5 and I don’t know why it’s so hard to make people understand that you have to pull the handle twice to get out when it’s locked. I swear they’ll break the handle before they figure it out 🤦🏼‍♂️ Aren’t other cars like this too?

Nice review! I will be looking for a basic model X drive X5 like this next year! Nobody wants this type of model and I can be it for much less! Plus, it simpler to repair but parts are very costly. Yes I do all the repairs on my vehicles since I am a professional mechanical engineer but I usually hate how they locate the parts! Madding! I like to work on my cars and it sort of fun! Hate waiting for the German luxury parts to come from German. Some are back order and take up to three month to get to the dealership's part department for me to pickup!
