I have done quite a bit of suspension modifications such as lowering springs, caster camber plates, Koni orange struts & shocks, upper & lower rear control arms with brackets, and panhard bar. I may change out the stock sway bars too. Why don't you have the 2016 Mustang GT anymore?

It's a more aggressive engine brake with the track key on, deals with parameters for fuel shut off etc, to have the engine slow you down when off the gas pedal.

Forged steel crankshaft, rods, and pistons. Also, the heads are fully cnc machined. Then of course the intake manifold. I just recently purchased a 2012 Race red Boss 302 and I too wanted a car completely stock.

We have a red Canadian spec 2013 Boss 302 with the track key. The only difference between the US spec cars is that it has a metric speedometer, daytime running lights, and it only runs on maple syrup.

You should get staggered wheels for your mustang if you plan on racing. Wider sport tires have better grip. The stock tires seem too thin and like to burn out.

The track key also changes perimeters in the traction control, abs, and engine. If you had your track key activated your powertrain warranty went from 5/50 to 3/36.

No a boss with a good driver and traction would not get "gapped" by N 18 gt, even a 10 speed auto. The fastest times and mph anyone has got out of a stock 10 speed auto 5.0 is like 11.8 at 117-118ish fastest time for a stock boss with just drag radials (needed to even the playing field since it is manual, the 10 speed dont need drag radials stock they knock down consistent 1.8 60 foot times on stock tires) is 11.8 at 117 and its been done several times by different boss 302s and different drivers so it wasnt a fluke. Its basically up to the driver in the boss to be as quick as a 10 speed stock for stock its dead even with a good driver but if you suck at driving sure it might get "gapped" by a 10r80 stock for stock but if so it beat the driver not the car. Dont feed me the shit about autos shifting faster it dont matter both cars basically run the exact same time stock when they both have traction. The boss is 1000000 times more cool and special than run of the mill dime a dozen new 5.0. Quite frankly im sick of hearing about the 10 speed auto give the manual any day i dont care how fast the auto is its boring as hell and takes away 50% of what i love about driving mustangs so it aint for me. I have an 07 gt500 making 550 wheel with bolt ons its great but i love the boss 302s also. Respect where its due my friend

Question do you know why they have the exhaust exit in front of the rear tires do you know why I would wait to see but you never answer me anymore I'm only joking they did that because for racing the heat of the exhaust would warm up your tires just a little bit to help give that extra traction that's why cars do a burnout first to heat up their tires and get them sticky so they figure the extra little bit of heat would help see you learn something new today💪👊

The Boss 302 is a nice car and package and you don’t see a lot of them. The GT 500 had standard quad tips, but not quad exhaust. The first generation coyote is very capable and can make good horse power when boosted. Derek Baran has a 2013 GT 5.0 and made 400 horsepower with an off road x pipe and custom tune. He just had his Mustang boosted with a VMP super charger and is making a little over 700 horsepower with a stock bottom end and heads. Still the Boss is a beautiful car and I enjoyed the video.

To be honest as a mustang owner. The new boss mustang was over hyped. The original boss 302 was infact a 450 pushrod 302 and would actually rev to 85hundred. I'd rather have a gt and loose 24 horse . Get a gt and put a intake on it and there you go you have a boss 302. Essential it's an appearance package.

I know another mustang youtuber who had a full bolt on Foxbody with the Trickflow heads, cam, and intake. He bought a 2013 GT and claimed that in stock form the newer Mustang ran slightly better times at the 1/4 mile track than his modified fox! Love the foxes, but the 2011+ Mustangs have a whole different level of power from the factory!

I sold my 2012 Boss 302 and bought a Gt 350 , loved the Boss, but when i test drove the Gt 350 I had to get one and yes the suspension is great especially when you can change it with flip or push of a button unlike the 302 you had to change manually ( which I hated) .

In reality, any sn95 is still a better bang for the buck. Don't get me wrong, the cotote platform is great. But they are expensive to buy and expensive to mod.

I own a 2015 camaro z28 with carbon ceramic rotors and Brembo calipers. When I first bought the car i had a issue with noisey braking, ended up being a cracked brake pad. The dealership wanted $2000 for front and rear brake pads. Hell no! Ended up buying cheap pads from Auto zone for less than $200, online the Brembo brake pads about $400 for a full set. The dealerships are full of inflated prices!
