I wonder if judges sometimes get jealous of what Hoan puts down, so they vote against him. That way they get to passive aggressively keep their infallible judge status by not letting one person win everything, even though Hoan is clearly the best popper there, judges included.

i think DS style is just not most peoples cup of tea. they wanna see beat killers like hoan, dokyun and hozin or just clean tight moves, but DS reminds me of wiggles and some other OGs, im sure hes great but imo the style is just not as interesting to watch. This is just opinion ofc i know some people love his style, i am just saying why i think most people would say hoan won.

I came back after 2 years, now I think i can clearly tell how DS won, his move set was more variety. He didn't hit as much as hoan did, but he sure hits HARDER. Also I don't think Kei got paid by anyone :v

no no, hoan should have won, no doubt about it. DS always put too much power in the dance, he doesn't flow with the beat at all. He focus too much on hitting hard and strong. Hoan has better technique, much more calm, better in musicality, and 03:51 to 03:57 wow game over DS !!!!

I like the decision. Hoan is nice but to me it gets cheesy when you literally hit the beat the entire song. You can overdo it at times. Kind of the way Nelson pops. It's cool but just boring to watch at times. Don't get too impressed by Hoan shaking his arm or some other random motion to the beat. Anyone can do that.

I think its the most entertaining when a popper as good and clean and unique as hoan kills the track, every nuance and moving on the lyrics too. To interpret the song differently each time u see them dance to it and to hit different parts each time is just great to watch. I mean I find it odd when someone destroys a track and then the other guy kinda just dances to the beat and wins. I mean why change the track if only the beat matters? I think u need some musicality is what im saying.

i don't think hoan hits the beat all the time. ok most of the time, but he dances no matter the beat too. pay atention and you will see. others battles he does more dance than "animation". btw a poppin battle is suppose to be about hitting the beat you know
