Nice video, love the look of the pazzo levers unfortunately my budget only allowed chazzo's. But after reading so many bad reviews about the wheel locking using the Chinese knockouts it seems the problem is more common with GSXR's versus the BUSA, would it be due to the difference of the GSXR requiring the plunger piece to fit kind of male/female in the brass fitting on the lever as oppose to the Busa which appears to simpler press directly against the plunger on the MC?

Good question. I don't know the name of that brass piece (for the clutch?) ... I bet it's not brass but probably hardened stainless steel and colored to differentiate it. It pushes the cable. obviously to engage (pull) the clutch line.

Ok pay close attention! When you install an aftermarket brake lever you better be careful. It is very easy to not get it right and have a wheel lock up. I have been riding over 50 years and just put some new levers on. The new levers depressed the MC plunger "a few millimeters" too far in the factory setting and resulted in a front wheel lock up in a tight turn and the bike and I went down. The first sign is the engine begins to lug and then the wheel locks. If you make any change to the bike do not assume it will work as advertised. Seriously I had no idea it was coming or that the bike could even do that.

GraeffenKellerHaus Creative Works LLC - To be fair to your comment, this happened to a friend of mine. Brand new ZX10R, cheap ebay levers, two minutes down the road as the brakes got nice and hot on a corner leading to a slip road and the front locked, sliding the bike down the road! Just take special care fitting non genuine levers!

hey man good video but i would like to make one suggestion if I can, and that would be to always use a small dab of thread locker. I can see that you have a lock nut that goes on the bottom but a little thread locker will help the nut and bolt both from vibrating loose. I am sure you wouldn't want the levers coming loose in some twisties. But great video and also have you been satisfied with the Pazzo levers. Ive just got some knock off brand on my K6 GSXR600

The thing I don't like about these leavers are the cut out near the end of the leaver. Why would they need to cut it out? wow!

The shorty version doesn't have a cut out. The long version has a break away cut out. From what I understand the idea is that in the event of a tip over the end of the lever just snaps off easily leaving the remaining lever somewhat functional enough to get you home instead of bending and wrecking the whole thing. But if it bothers you just get the shorty version =].

Forgive my ignorance, but besides the "bling" what would be the benefit of changing the stock levers out?

They are a bit lighter, feel really good in the hand, but are also a lot easier to adjust with more settings as well. I have another mfgr set on my GSX-R600 with similar attributes but yes it's mainly for the bling and tactile feel of the alloy.

Got the exact same levers unbranded from China and paid 25$ for the pair. And yes, they are EXACTLY the same as Pazzo. I suspect they've been manufactured at the same factory.
