Hyundai have come a long way guys and remember the old Excel was made to be cheap and simple as that was its purpose.. the fit and finish of these newer Hyundais is at or above the competitors level; VW excluded.

I think you should have also told us about basics such as the engine, suspension/ride and NVH. Video is disappointing because of these major omissions.

So for $27,000 you can have the auto model. Think i'd rather the Toyota corolla ascent sport CVT auto for $4000 less. While the i30 prob looks a little better in body shape, it does look a bit tinnier / delicate compared to the Corolla, but still think mazda 3 hatch look the best, but Mazda's prices are insane for what you get.. whether it's the base model or the SP25. For the $ of the base Mazda 3 hatch, the Toyota ascent sport would once again be my choice, more bang for your $, and features.
