Suspension parts are only tightened when they are in the driving position in order not to twist the bushings

I've bought ~3 cars with bent lateral links like that one. I removed, straightened and reinstalled each one. Very easy, they're just made of light weight steel tubing. Drove for years, never an issue.

I'm replacing this and it way different I got way more rust and it's being a pain! But I got fwd 4 cylinder pushing 250k all original part as well other than regular wear

You really needed to secure your vehicle with a stand. It's not safe to hold the vehicle up with a hydraulic jack. Safety first ;-)

I agree and it was, a little to far behind the jack to be in camera view. I had to look through the video to realize it was not in camera view. Should have made a point of showing that in the video.

What indicated it was time for a change? Or is this something that should be done based on mileage?
