Gotta count the turns when removing the tie rod end

My tie rod won't come loose from the inner rod the nut is frozen...any help would be appreciated.

Since I am changing both, inner and outer would their be a problem if I just Sawzall it in half ? So I can get the inner removal tool on it.

I don’t think that would be a problem like it won’t break anything as long as it’s loose from the knuckle never tried it before myself though I usually take them completely off and then I take out the inner
