My nut was really tight and after I hit with hammer like in the video, the inner tie rod spins loose now. It only moved a little before I hit it. Did I break the inner tie rod? Seems to steer ok still

Nope, inner tie rods can spin, just pull in and out on it. If it makes a clicking sound, the. Replace it
