2013 Lone Star Arena Celebrity Mounted Shooting - CMSA

In May, Lone Star Arena hosted a Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association event. The best part about the weekend was Friday night's Celebrity Competition - Jackie Hobbs and Tibba Smith faced off against the boys Anthony Lucia, Ben Clements, Turtle Powell, Travis Woodard, Bobby Mote, Ryan Motes, Ted Nuce and Jim Sharp. This was a fun night of shooting! Classic Equine is a proud sponsor of the CMSA.

In this sport do not shoot bullets? Are there any special cartridges used?

They fire blanks. No bulets that can end up in the audience, but the burning powder spewing out will still pop balloons from a few feet away.
