2013 Mazda CX-5 | El.P Reviews (used car review)

Other than the firm ride and lack of preventative maintenance that one should check up on, on every second hand or used car.
The high-riding off-roader is brilliant fun to drive and was marked the sportiest compact crossover on the market for that year, overall the CX5 feels solid and reassuring.
Powered by a range of Skyactiv petrol and diesel engines, the CX-5 is a surprisingly efficient choice, plus there’s the option of four-wheel drive for those that like a more polite adventure it’s a soft off-roader.
With stunning looks, a Solid powertrain, good fuel economy, and sporty handling which makes it great to drive, the practical CX-5 is a great family car for any small/ young family.

My take on this car is that it's not a bad whip it's a handsome looking thing and I feel like its bad rep has come as a result of mediocrity from Kenyan mechanics. Their lack of diagnostic kits that would've enabled them to understand this engine is what I feel has resulted in the issue ontop of issue chain that has been formed with the diesel variant....diesel cars do not like temporary fixes and they definetly do not respond to inaccuracy hence the so called bad rep of this car...I think its alright however the fact I can't get a petrol 4X4 that pisses me off... Loving the manual option though you know I loathe that dreaded CVT😂

If we have Jaguars and Maserati’s still on the road guys just have to learn to fix the issues on their cars which the solutions are already out there. The car just needs preventative maintenance and it will serve you well into another 8yrs plus just know what to watch out for. The petrol is not that efficient and feels under powered so the one to go for it the 2.2 diesel

@@ELP_Official surely something as simple as a faulty air filter sensor your mechanic is there trying to replace the whole engine cuz it won't come out of limp mode😂😂😂😂

@@erickjuma7643 they probably do but you know not everyone can afford to get their car serviced at the dealer then again though I've never seen a mazda dealership in this country actually so maybe there isn't
