Great video. I been looking for information like this all over you tube. I recently read an immobilizer from an 06 honda civic using an ar32 (reads in circut) reader. I was wondering if the xhorse tool max was able to write eeprom dump files like this, to my surprise i was able to clone the immo data to a super chip. Very powerful tool indeed, with alot of features but not may know about. Thanks again.

If you choose already written key position, then no need to write back eeprom.

I'd did this process all u did step by step when I put back on the car the car didn't turn on the cluthecher didn't came on at all them I put back the eprom and just vvdi2 read all the eprom easy the program the key and it work This no good wase off money 💸💸💸💰

It has many real clever abilities. Your saying you can pull all data needed thru obd on A CC ? Saying you'd never have to pull a module? My autel could not.

Yeah, thats a good quesrion and I guess we will never know the answer. Just a tool to experiment at your own risk because some of eeproms cant be read in circuit (will be erased)

Is there some sort of a hidden procedures manual so we know what to do with various years makes & model? First button clicked is 'EEPROM and FLASH' but then the second button is 'ST'. How do you know this?

But you need not only eeprom data, immo data is also needed to be written onto transponder, so this method won't start the car.
