Sure and if you want to wire up your headlights so the turn signals do not function then this is the video for you.

the way the lady did it is fine, and your turn signal will work, thats a different cable .

What light bulb do these take and are they plug and play or do they need to be wired in?

bulbs are the Halogens. The bulbs are already in the housing, there is no additional wiring for the bulbs. But you do have to wire the DRLs.
