2014 Arnold Strongman Classic Event 1, Austrian Oak

6 athletes completed repetitions with the 440lb Australian Oak, while the remaining 4 athletes opted for the smaller 380lb log. Krzysztof Radzikowski was injured while attempting the 440lb log. He ruptured his right tricep in the overhead portion of the lift.

Frank Castle theres 2 logs. The big one is the austrian oak the smaller one is the feather log. If you cant lift the big one you can lift the smaller one.

triceps strength? for clean and jerk you need lots of leg and back explosive strength to just get the bar on your shoulders. once you got that no need to press, when you can just jump and squat under it. :P

I think the fucking commentator is messing them up, I hate the way he talks! Just ruins the competition! They should let Bill Kazmier do all the talking.

He maybe doesn´t ruin the competition but yeah i agree, Kaz would be best :)
