Hello Kevin, I have a 2009 model Grand Picasso 1.6 Hdi with MCP semi automatic gearbox. I will change the cluth 2nd time, last time I used Sachs. However, I want to try Valeo which seems fit according to factroy fit list. Would you suggest to do so? The reasons are it is %40 cheaper and it feels more solid, the flywheel doesn't move as much as sachs's product. It would affect the driving experience in a positive way. I just presume.

@Edgarh713 жыл бұрын
Does it not have a self-adjusting clutch, on which you have to compress the spring in the pressure plate before tightening it to the fly-wheel? I believe my C3 Picasso from 2010 has it.
@WMCS3 жыл бұрын
It’s a self adjusting clutch. But I’ve never heard or had to compress any springs. Not even for a C3. All you have to do is press the clutch pedal after installation like shown in the video and that’s how it adjusts itself. And as you drive over time and keep pressing the pedal as the clutch plate wears down the auto adjuster keeps releasing so there’s always tension on the clutch system. Hope that helps.
@jmc2163 жыл бұрын
