I was down there...as a Volunteer with the Detroit Grand Prix Association; IT WAS AWESOME!!! So awesome, that neither the DGPA's numerous Volunteers, the spectators in the Grandstands and Chalets, nor the Michigan State Police officers could contain their excitement...men, women, & kids LOVED seeing those SuperTrucks racing around the circuit & JUMPING OFF THE RAMPS!!! 😃😃😃

Good race. Hope running with the Indy series will build the fan base, so we can get back in the stadiums. I think Robby, in typical Robby fashion was a little too optimistic in the initial scheduling of the events. I think some of the smaller stadiums, i.e, The Cotton Bowl in Dallas, would be cheaper to rent an easier to fill. I was at X-Games 2014, and the fans were on the edge of their seats the entire race. The jumps, speeds and dependability of the trucks makes this series fun to watch.
