2014 dodge Cummins 3500 dash removal part 1

Customer vehicle came in with a bad heater core. I’ve seen videos on how to remove the A/C box from the firewall but not actually how to get the dash away from the box. Hopefully this helps ! Thanks for watching

What tool did you use to remove the two bolts up top where the dash meets the windshield ?

I believe it was two 10 mm bolts. I used a 1/4 ratchet and extension with a normal 6 point deep socket. It may be easier to use a universal to deal with the angle of the windshield!

any idea on how to take just the top part of the dash off, I think its called the upper trim panel
