That was a horrible job to have to do. Probably easier to remove the engine, transmission, firewall, and the driver's side duals. Yuck. You did a good job. You did a great job filming it; filming it wasn't easy. Thank you.

I did this once on a 96 Grand am I had. Worst job ever ever in your driveway in winter. I have a 2020 Longhorn now. I dread the day I have this problem. There has got to be a way for manufacturers to create a heatercore access panel to avoid all of that.

No need to take coolant bottle out. You can access the nut with a 1/4 flex ratchet and a 10mm socket from in between fender and coolant tank

I did mine put everything together and now don't ignition lights, no crank 😔 I checked all plugs, any ideas? Except the gray plug on column, top of till don't find where

Dang, go back threw and make sure all then are plugged in and your ground wires are tight

I have 2015 2500 5.7 dripping coolant from a/c condensation drain tube, so suspect heater core leak, yesterday a/c worked great today a/c blowing hot You think I’m on right track with heater core, why did a/c suddenly quit working?

Do you absolutely have to remove the freon to do this? I keep getting a check engine light for low coolant temp and only my passenger side vents get hot and idk if it's because of the thermostat or the heater core. How do I further diagnose it?

If one side is getting hot then the blend door actuator is not working or a door is broken, need to find the leak also
