very nice. just did this yesterday and check engine light came on and threw a p0101 code. I'm thinking i just need to reset, but thanks for this valuable information. Everything i needed to know and a professional job.

Hi, I disconnected my mafs in my FX37, I didn't take them out as I lost a screw... lol. I just put the harness back on and that was it. The harness was off for about 10 mins on both,The fx has 2 maf sensors. Now my car idles high, around 1000 rpms. It is running, no problem starting, but it seems to coast faster too. My Q is, will it return to normal s I drive, or do I need to disconnect the battery to do a reset? Thanks... great video.

How many screws do you have holding it in? You need it to sit tight in there or else air will leak out. This will be a vacuum leak which will cause your car to idle higher than normal.

@@tennvols1221 You have a random misfire. Do a smoke test of your intake air system. Probably a vacuum leak somewhere.
