I have a 2012 Wrangler with a key lying around that doesn't work. I also have the XTool D7. There's no way I can mess it up and have both keys end up not working is there? lol

While it's unlikely, I can't guarantee anything. Try pulling the pin first.

I'm always connected so I'm unsure if this one needs it. I think it references a database for the pin, I'm just not 100% sure.

Those Jeeps are hit or miss with any tool in my opinion. It's part of the reason I got WiTech 2.0.
