Ok brother first of all I just want to say thanks, my old man used to be a mechanic and said that I should not have to remove any screws and should only have to knock the rotor off with a hammer luckily when I tried I used a rubber mallet and not an actual hammer. I try to do a lot of my own work on my vehicle to save money and really do not want to cause more issues which is why I searched up this video. I want to thank you for the break down and the steps you took to show how to remove the rotor and everything else, you saved me a lot of money with this help. so I appreciate it a lot and I wish you wealth and health in your near future. you got yourself a sub.

You can use an extension pipe to help break the bolts lose. You don’t have to use a hammer.

What are the torque specs for those caliper bolts?

I just did mine on a 2013 Sorento. 50lb for the pad bracket and 23lb for the caliper bolts.

Lug nut size?

Ask dealership they will tell you. You tube only good for showing what to do but dealerships will tell you manufacturer size sockets or just buy a random pack and find the fit size. I'm working in my mother's 2012 escape and down the road my 2019 sorento so I'm studying and asking questions to be sure

Caliper carrier bolt is in the worst spot ever, no way to use a torque wrench lol
