Nice work, I swapped the outer (brake/turn signal lights) a while back and I never did the inner ones because I was worried they'd be a PITA, given that they require splicing. Thanks for the video on how to do that hatch lights! I think I still may just keep the outer ones without the inner ones because of the cost (and because the stubby line and circle is somewhat range rover-esque)

Thanks so much for your video, this is the only one explaining how to get to the stupid inner taillight to remove it! Those stupid white clips...thanks for the part number. So frustrating these just break, and are so expensive to replace!!
@phdnick4 ай бұрын
I completed this job yesterday - only comment I would make, is that when you get to the part where you are prying up the fascia, you really do need to stick a flathead in to pop the clips on the side. These clips are in fact those stupid white clips, there is not a set to unfasten before the two white ones on each side. I broke one of the two. On the plus side, there are generic white clips in most sets of replacement fasteners you can use to replace the stock ones. The stock ones are like $12 EACH online, but you can get a whole set of 50 clips of various ones for that same price. Thanks again.
