At Glamis over New Years, polaris was upgrading anyone and everyone's xp1000 clutch at camp rzr. I even scored a free belt! Just showed up and they had it done in 20 mins. I'm almost positive all units are now upgraded from the factory.

How many Belts did you guys go Trow.. You guys need to tell the public of it's Down Fall!!! You will be replacing Belts Every 20-50 miles

In the article we talk all about the belt troubles. Click the link in the description. BTW Polaris has a fix - they have a replacement helix in the converter. We got ours changed and drove 5hrs so far without a broken belt.

Im buying a used jagged x tomorrow because of these bs problems Ive been reading about. I really wanted the 1000 but Im not paying all that money for a machine that catches fire and burns belts.

That's why I don't buy 4 seaters, it's not just the rzr 1000 the wildcat 4 has the same problem, they even have a belt break-in procedure and it still doesn't help
