Beatoffable. 😂 I liked that. If you get 1.5" spacers, watch your stud length. It's close. Mine stuck past the spacer 1/16 - 1/8 of an inch and didn't realize it till my back wheel almost fell off. I recommend 2" to be safe when you get em.

Did you cut the studs?

I like your channel, its pretty cool. I recently bought the same spacers, are you having any problems with them? Do you regret putting them on there?
@griffsgarage60284 жыл бұрын
No issues to speak of and no regrets! They are easy enough to take back off if you have regrets haha. Thanks for watching!!

How did you install the vehicle lift? Concrete anchors, then leveling nuts, then set the lift on it?
@griffsgarage60283 жыл бұрын
I eyeballed where I wanted it, measured and squared it in place, outlined the bases with chalk, then drilled some holes, pounded some anchors in, then used shims that came with the lift to level the posts, torqued it down.

Some of the rams look like they have spacers from the factory.....my 2016 bought used and wheels stick out like yours......went to change a flat and was surprised to find it didnt have spacers.
@griffsgarage60284 жыл бұрын
My old '11 RAM had chrome clad rims and kinda looked like it with no spacers.. Tires were one size bigger though also so maybe that was the illusion

@@griffsgarage6028 possible.......they definitely stick out past the fenders but it's like an inch
@wazzybeatz2 жыл бұрын
I'm not about to take notes from a guy that uses anti sieze on wheel studs... you do the exact opposite and put locktight on the lugs that mount the spacer... it's even right in the instructions 😅

Lmao do what you want

Didn’t see in the video but did you have to shave down your factory studs? Do they stick out past the spacer ?
@griffsgarage60284 жыл бұрын
I didn't have to do anything but slap them on!

Absolutely not. It's become second nature to keep on all 8 all the time. Until I upload a tune and won't have to worry about it

Well how they holding up ? And do you have a link to the ones you purchased ?
@griffsgarage60284 жыл бұрын
www.ebay.com/itm/153331300803 are the EXACT ones I purchased. I have over 5k miles of work truck use on them and not a single issue! Only thing I will say is that they do change the ride quality. I can feel grooves and other imperfections in the roads more through the steering wheel. I will make a follow up video soon as I am doing some other work to the truck!
