During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features. Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. I thought these vans were ugly looking and immediately thought negative about them. But I've drove a couple of these and I must say I'm quite impressed. I havent been able to drive the diesel powered one, but they are starting to grow on me. Definitely not the best looking vehicle on the road, but the handling and for the small engines they have, they do quite well. Better than I thought they would do. Theres times when you forget that you are driving a van due to how well they drive. I would definitely consider buying one, especially for hauling my race bikes as I am a motorcycle racer.

One of the better review videos I seen so far. Very informative. A lot of people here complaining about the appearance. Basically nothing that an updated headlight array can't fix. The newer Ducatos have sleeker more car-like headlights that could work wonders if they were incorporated into this design. But this was designed as a commercial vehicle from the ground up so esthetics weren't first and foremost on the designer's list. As a commercial buyer, I can live with it. The lack of tilt steering might be a different story however. A few more test drives will help me decide.

I've only seen the typical boring white, working van version of this car here in Europe so far, but this one looks pretty badass. Great video, sometimes it's good to see something different than supercars.

Reminds me of the GMC Camper made in the 70s. That of which was also a front wheel drive setup (with 3 axles/6 wheels) and a similar chassis/body construction.

The headlamps are up really high on the front end so that oncoming drivers will be blinded by the light and won't have to witness the ugly front end

I test drove the Dodge a couple times last year and I found the driver's seat extremely uncomfortable. I cannot imagine doing a long drive with their standard seats

The Fiat Ducato in Australia has a choice of two turbo diesels - a 2.3L inline 4 or the same 3 litre 4 cylinder as seen in the ProMaster

awesome review, i love those type of vehicles. When i was younger i used to go with my friends parents who had a van with a bed in the back and lights on the top, it was way fun to ride in. I think you have before, but you should review some semis/trucks. I work at a grocery store and one of our truckers drove a new 2015 volvo semi truck and it was amazing inside and out.

Here's a piece of advice *****, you need to check or inspect the following before you drive to avoid accident: - Oil - Brakes - Entire Engine - Lights - Wipers - Air in Tires - Water/Coolant in the Radiator - Fuel

The conversion High Top would be great for a road trip but seems overpriced at 60k+. The front end is really ugly too, imo. Another first rate review by the best in the business.

ranlive1, It only appears to be overpriced until you compare it to a comparable luxury SUV. Heck, a 2015 Yukon Denali starts at $62,680 and it has less room, worse fuel economy, less equipment, and so on.

It's funny to see in America those European vans, I can recognise the dashboard, the buttons, even the screen behind the steering wheel is exactily the same ! @@Hortor The only differences seem to be that the American one has a real automatic transmission instead of an automated manual like the European automatics do and also the parking break indicater in the instrument cluster is the word 'BREAK' instead of the symbol that the European ones have.

***** I haven't driven the sprinter so I can't comment on that, but the promaster definitely feels taller. I think you can see out of it better because of the short nose.

I don't understand why they put the shifter right there. It looks so ugly. I think trucks in general should have column shifters. All the pick up trucks have the shifter in the center.
