I watched another box break live, and did an ebay search as the hits were pulled, and the net loss was somewhere between 2,500 and 4 grand, on a single box! Highway robbery! These are the same people who held onto the Puig superfractor until they sold enough boxes of "phenoms" last year.Just stick with case breaks rich folks!

Let's see.... Next we have a Jordan, Hulk Hogan, Bugs Bunny, JFK auto relic gold flake diamond laundry tag 1/1 with a letter of authenticity signed with Lassie's paw print. Eh. Hmmmmm. What else is in there????? I still get pumped for sweet pulls. Especially when I least expected. Price Paid ÷ Expectation = Reaction. Example 1: Although guaranteed, its still pretty cool finding the Archives Fan Favorite autos pulled from hobby box ☺ Example 2: Running down the stairs, fist held high, proudly clutching the Ted Williams /50 relic I just pulled from 1 random pack of 2013 Topps Series 2 sent from an apologetic eBay seller because of a late shipment 😮😁😅The pack odds had lots of zeros. That kind of stuff is what I collect for. It's exciting. Buying high dollar, rare cards is nice. I just like a good back story in my collection too

I love moments like that, however collecting is a different world from when I used to collect, a high stakes gamble for the rich and eBay resellers. Takes the fun out of buying a pack of cards and getting your favorite players base card. One of my favorite moments was pulling a pippin blue ink auto from 96 sky box and a black Kevin garnett auto out of the same 60 box. Autos were a new thing to get in packs back then.
