This is the most inspiring thing i could have ever seen, i train in a few different styles but had to put it all on hold for a year and a half due to becoming very ill. Next week ill be stating my training again, this was something i needed to open my eyes that anything is possibly. Thankyou.

I'm thinking about starting muay thai, not to compete but for self protection, fitness and everything else. I'm 6'1 and quite heavily built. Is being to heavily built a bad thing for muay thai? or being to tall? I know having a good reach from your limbs can be good if you are tall, but I don't feel to agile.

Well Peter Aerts, Ernesto Hoost, Gerome Le Banner, Remy Bonjasky, and Badr Hari are all huge heavyweight muay thai/kickboxers at the elite level. Legends.
