I changed all the spark plugs, all the Coils, 1 injector and the code is still there. I don’t know what else to do.

How can you tell which cylinder is the 3rd one and whether or not it's bad?

@williamrhodes6343 if you think it's the coil remove all screws. Then start on the left and life 1 at a time. If you disconnect number 1 and the engine runs bad then it's good. If you pull the 3rd one and the engine doesn't change then you know that's the bad one
