This appears to be a promo for a show in Taiwan, and I assume that the subtitles are actually in Taiwanese, not in Japanese. There is even a time or two where Su speaks a sentence or two in Taiwanese. I have no idea what is being said, but I can tell a difference in the sound or the two different languages, and “Taiwan” is said multiple times. The clip with the drawings is from a TV show from Taiwan. There are other clips online with the bits with the frog that only show up for a few seconds in this.

結果他們在台灣出現這一次就消失了,倒是在歐美、東南亞大紅大紫。只能說台灣除了韓流已經容不下其他音樂了。台灣在政治上親歐美日，流行文化上卻和大陸相似，蠻有趣的

真的!! 上過小巨蛋的日本歌手、團體屈指可數，都以演奏廳規模開唱，反倒K-POP一批批的攻蛋。不過 babymetal與ladbaby這種團希望不會只是曇花一現，可愛的蘿莉風格加上metal初期會讓人感到新鮮，畢竟這女孩未來要面臨成長期，外貌會不會走鐘有很大的風險，所以要欣賞她們的音樂風格就趁現在。

2020年的人回來告訴大家，長大後的Babymetal沒有走鐘，而且越來越漂亮了！ 只是中間經歷了生離死別，走了一個、死了一個，但是舞台和音樂更厲害了，已經打入美國搖滾第一名。 2020年4月她們要在台灣開演唱會，但被全球大傳染病延期，不知道什麼時候才能到台灣。 現在整個世界都在改變，相信台灣流行音樂不會一直被韓流占領的。

Why does a Japanese group have an English name? In Japanese it is 赤ちゃんの金属 , and it is not pronounced babymetal

I think there's just some novelty to using English words sometimes. In the case of the band name, _BabyMetal_ is always pronounced like it would be in English. It's kind of a play on _hebimetaru_ (heavy metal). BabyMetal (bebimetaru) would look exactly the same, except the dakuten added to the _he_ to make it _be_ . They don't use the literal Japanese translation for their name.
