With regular oil you have to change it every 4000 miles, or after 100K miles, closer to 3000 miles. With Synthetic on a highmilage vehicle, you can change it every 7,000-9,000 miles depending on driving habits. :)

Depends what oil your putting in there and how many miles your putting on there. People are super safe do it every 6 months I do it yearly
