Hello Viktor, much respect for you and your channel. Having just installed a spare on our NX300h fifty miles from home, I would add a note to please make sure no tools are left behind when you are done. Especially the wheel lock key. Typically you’re in a rush to leave but take the time to double check you take all the tools.

Can the spare tire drive on freeway safe?

Take a look at the tire sidewall and see if there are any warnings on it. Some of them say to limit driving speed to 50 mph. Normally they are for emergency use only and should be removed and the original wheel reinstalled as soon as you get a chance.
