This car is one big computer. Cool but if there are problems can it self diagnose itself? LOVE the TDI with dual exhaust pipes. Only thing i'de change is the front grille. The first gen grills were the best looking.

Is that 18 inch or 19 inch alloys? I have 18 on mine and I am wondering if anyone can provide some feedback on the 19s... does the suspension feel becomes too rough? how much does it affect gas mileage? Thanks!

Hey Alfredo, Got the 19s on mine, standard run on 35 profile. Have not been in one with the 18s but the ride is very composed. Not overly hard but be mindful on poor roads with potholes. I mainly have the car in comfort mode then economy on the motorway, selecting dynamic when I want am in 'the mood'. Regarding MPG from cold I average: 57mpg on motorway driving doing 60mph in eco mode. 48mpg on country / A roads in the UK. And 52mpg on a mix of motorway with some blasts of spirited driving!

@@nh1848 Do you still have the TT? I’m looking at a 2018 TDI ultra, I do about 75 miles a day / 50 on motorway 20 around town, how many miles can you get from 1 tank? :)

Sorry for the late reply. I hope in the end you purchased it. I am getting about 500-550 miles per tank. But you should probably do a bit more or be in the upper side of that as I have been doing less motorway mileage recently.

Kommt drauf an worauf du Wert legst. Ist ein schöner, zuverlässiger und Sparsamer Wagen mit super Handling, eine Rakete ist es dennoch nicht. Für 19k bekommt man halt schon A5 und A6 mit 3.0 TDI-Motoren, die gehen natürlich nochmal ganz anders vorwärts und bieten mehr Platz. Wenn Du aber das "Feeling" eines Sportcoupes haben willst und gleichzeitig sparsam reisen möchtest (Diesel), sollte dieser TT eine gute Wahl für Dich sein :)

Ignore the anti diesel TT comments. The engine works very well with the chassis, power delivery is so easily available. Owned performance petrols and this is my first vaguely powerful diesel. It works. Fuel economy between 45-60mpg depending how you drive it. 👍

I've just drove 420miles in mine all motorway non stop average speed of 75 - 80mph and it returned 61mpg in eco drive mode. This diesel is amazing

Adam Hawkes I don’t think it works that well. A small little sports car should have a high revving engine with lost of top end power and a good exhaust sound.
