I still think that if injuries didn't destroy the LOB and running back position, this Seattle team was honestly even better then the 2014 and '13 squad in terms of overall ability. With Frank Clark added for extra pass rush speed and the offense finally creating it's own identity with Russ and Doug coming into their best football, we had something great here.

This was the first time since 1969 that WJW televised a Browns road game. They had exclusive rights to do so in 1969 (home games were blacked out regardless of attendance back then) as they were then the CBS affiliate for Cleveland, and the NFL had only CBS as a television partner, while NBC was broadcasting the AFL; ABC only had college football in 1969, only in 1970 did they start airing NFL games on Monday nights, the first being played in Cleveland against the Jets (which again, was blacked out on WEWS in Cleveland, WAKR, now Ion station WVPX in the Akron sub-market, and WYTV in Youngstown, despite a sellout). After the Browns moved to the AFC in 1970, WKYC took over local rights to the team's road games (except those on Monday nights, which were televised by WEWS and WAKR).
