Armando Gutierrez the mufflers cost $280 since those are the parts. I had the shop also previously install the resonator delete for $200. So it shouldn’t be more than than overall.

So I just got my resos deleted on my 15 sxt. It sounds way deeper and better in person. And I love it. But im curious how much and if it all the s-type makes it louder or deeper or anything like that?

The full borla s type is the probably the deepest sound you can get from a 3.6, anything else sounds way to ricey!

Raff: Sorry for the re-ask, I'm just now getting to this. You took out the rear muffler and added a borla s in the mid in place of the two small mid mufflers? Thanks bro.

No worries at all. Yeah, that's exactly what I did though. Took the ones at the very end and replaced them with straight pipes, then replaced the small cylinder mufflers and replaced those with the Borlas.

Sorry that I'm just responding now. Theres a lot of back and forth between what are the 'resonators' and what are the 'mufflers'. The mopar parts site says the ones in the middle are the mufflers and the ones at the end are the resonators. What I did was cut out the ones furthest towards the rear of the car (which I think are the resonators), and replaced the ones in the middle with the Borlas.. Hope I responded in time!!!

Yeah, that's exactly what I did essentially. The borla mufflers I used replaced the mid mufflers (resonators as one of the shops called them) and then 2.5 inch straight piped the rest. If you end up putting the borla mufflers on the rear, idk how they would sit necessarily/change tone (unsure as to if it would change the tone), but definitely take a video before hand, afterwards, then a couple hundred miles after to compare the difference.

I ordered 2 since the challengers are a true dual head exhaust system. You could order just one and have it all coming out of one pipe, but at that point it’s gonna be a custom forge, pointless, create a ton more back pressure, and cost more $$$

Chris Lee yeah, but it’s the Dodge SRT/Hellcat intake. It’s not an aftermarket one.
