You got a few things wrong, it does have a fuel light, I'm guessing you meant fuel gauge. As for the comments of the power being underwhelming... I think not. My two previous bikes were an 899 and an HP4 and I'm having way more fun on the Scrambler. It's just as capable in thr tight stuff I frequently ride and the stock tyres haven't left anything to be desired on the road though I haven't tested them in the wet or taken them off road yet. My first mod will be upgraded suspension and then an exhaust to get some bark out of the motor. All in all its a great bike and I'm loving every minute of it!

Nice presentation. But I think you may be missing the point here. I am thinking seriously of buying one, not because it looks "vintage" or "close to the original", but because I am sick and tired of all those electronics on the new bikes, I find no point in having 150 hp on the road and a ton of "aids" to make the bike rideable, and I want a simple, strong, light well set-up bike that I can enjoy every day. In that sense, the absence of all these electronic parafernalia, is an advantage, not a "lacking of".

That 's nice! Never meant to show any aggressiveness, but during the past few years, it seems like all journalist feel as if they "have" to say that all these gadgets are good and actually needed.

How much did you actually ride this bike? None of the footage is outside of Pyrmont, a very small neighbourhood.

The problem with reviews like this is that they really don't convey what it is like to ride a bike like this. However I can say after having ridden one that it is FUN with a capital F and several other capitals too. Lack of riding modes? irrelevant Just go ride one and come back with a smile on your face. It's not perfect, but it's damn good.

The new Flat Track Pro is the nicest of their Scrambler range, in my opinion.

Nice retro bike, bit underwhelming, depends how much you want a Ducati. Would find lack of gear indication and fuel level info from instrument panel annoying.
