Thank you for the video, Erik and Kala! We bought our 2016 American Revolution 42T in late July 2016 from Motor Home Specialist RV. Our salesman was Justin. How about you? We had a mixed experience, but it ended well. Our coach was 40 percent below MSRP, which caused us to fly from DC to Dallas, drive to Alvarado, and buy about 6 months earlier than our retirement plan specified.

Thanks Neal, yes we purchased from MHSRV as well. We purchased in February of 2015 with a similar experience flying to Texas multiple times. Our sales rep was Cowboy who has since moved on to National Indoor RV where we stay in touch. If i could do it again i'd buy from National Indoor. Their CEO Brett Davis is amazing and more importantly completely accessible. He introduced us to the CEO of Entegra, the President of Spartan Chassis and countless others even though we didn't buy the coach from him. Not to say our experience at MHSRV was bad, but they are definitely in the business of selling coaches and thats it. Hence why they don't even offer service at their facility. I admire their up front pricing strategy, but it has taken a toll on their ability to build lasting relationships in our opinion. Thanks for checking in and hopefully we'll see you on the road!

Thanks for checking in jMon, yea its not cheap. Who would have guessed we actually ended up buying the exact coach we toured.. That was a long shot but it worked out. Anyway, if we stopped worked we wouldn't be able to afford her either but with it being our office, home and car its actually pretty economical. That said if you look at the cost to finance and the fact that houses "usually" hold their value, buying a big coach like this is definitely NOT a great investment if you look at it strictly from a financial perspective.

What was your buying experience like with this particular dealer? Have you returned to them for service? Would you recommend them to others?

Motorhome Specialists is a volume seller. They gave us a good price and we had a good experience with our salesperson Cowboy and his right hand technician Steve Ewing. They both were great. I can't say anything bad about MHSRV, they got us in our coach and financed us at a great rate but that was the end of our relationship. They were not interested in providing service after and only focus on warranty claim work for the most part. If you are interested in buying an entegra i stronly suggest you speak to Cowboy & Steve Ewing who have since moved on to run the Phoenix Location of National Indoor RV Centers. National Indoor RV Centers is a full service shop and the Phoenix location is where we service, store and maintain our rig. We'll be buying our next coach from Cowboy and NIRVC, they are large enough to match MHSRV's prices and in our opinion run a more full service operation. Thanks for the speedy reply. The one thing that intrigued me about MHSRV Atlanta was that they have both Entegra and Newman which are the coaches I'm most interested in. Thought it would be easier to have them side by side then running around. I'll check out NIRVC and will definitely mention where I heard about them. Thanks again. Love the channel.

Hi Jeff, you might have the names mixed up. MHSRV is in Alvarado Texas and to the best of my knowledge does not cary Newmar. NIRVC's new Atlanta location just opened and they carry both. We have more experience with the Phoenix location of NIRVC but if you are near Atlanta we can put you in touch with a top person over there that reports directly to the owner. Give Cowboy a call on his cell and he will put you in touch with the top people at Atlanta who will take care of you. His cell is 817.774.3476 and he's available day or night, just tell him we sent you and that he better take care of you :)

Why does Entegra have so many problems..it seems that it is just terribly made.
