2015 Ford F150 FX4 Review

Here's my sketch factor on this, 10 years down the line how reliable is that turbo gonna be? I'm a firm believer that a true truck has a V8, or a diesel V6 or better. Turbo charged gas engines belong in cars not trucks, I don't care what you say that's my take

idk people say that how reliable will the turbos be but in all honesty they have been using them in diesels forever. most of the turbos may last longer then everything else.

Well, one of mine blew out at 42k. Then the Wastegate on the other went at 61k...just out of warranty of course. The Wastegate is internal so the entire turbo has to be replaced at 5k my cost. Mine was a 2015. Dumped it and got the 5.0 v8. No more turbos for me!

was it the 3.5 or the 2.7? I swear to fkin god if that happens to me i cant afford a 5k repair bill on my new truck!!!! fk

it was the 3.5 but all the turbos are the same from what i understand

buy the 5.0 if you plan on keeping the truck for any length of time. my $0.02

i have not herd any probloms with the turbos on these engines and they have been using them for awhille now

Don't you guys ever review/test regular cab trucks! Not everyone cares about fully loaded and/or extended and crew cab trucks.
