did you need to unplug the thing? i feel like you could just have everything ready and unscrew and lift up the stock piece and place the bov and then place the stock piece back on n screw on the new screws. lmk bc i have my bov on the way and about to install

Nope! Unplugging isn't necessary, but we did it to make it easier to see how the adapter fits to the valve.

How is it holding up? Don't see the point of spending $105 on a piece of aluminum just because it says Boomba on the side

So far, so good! After about a thousand miles or so, I checked it again to be sure no bolts have backed out, and it seems perfectly fine.

This adapter was bought off Aliexpress for around $10 shipped. As far as we can tell it is exactly the same as the Boomba adapter just without the logo.

Thanks man. I appreciate you answering so quickly. Everytime I did a search for any issues with these ebay adapters I can't find anything but listings 😑 And $105-$110 for a piece of cnc aluminum with 2 O-rings is ridiculous.
