Just drove this truck this morning. I was very impressed with the ride and the stiffness of the body. The layout of the truck was also quite good. Tons of storage everywhere. I'll likely buy it this spring.

I very much like the truck. i even liked my old truck i had, which was the exact same thing. only real difference is it had the Maxxforce Engine in it. and it was a pile of crap
@TractorTrailerWorld9 жыл бұрын
The salesman told me the MaxxForce engine almost killed the company. I'll go with the Cummins. Drive safe.
@ShinraX29 жыл бұрын
TractorTrailerWorld Your right. That engine did almost kill the company. There still facing MILLIONS of dollars in law suits over it.

What a smashing truck, i really like the analog gauges and light backgrounds, i know digital displays can be usefull but the old look is .... well ... classic :-)) I used to like the american style cb radios with the chrome and black writing, even if they were designed for the uk, they had that look i liked, the binatone 5 star looked nice, there may have been the same look model with midband for other countrys, i dont really know. The cobra 148 and later radios were good :-) You sound happy with the new wheels, im sure you will wear it out in no time ha ha , too many miles away from home im thinking :D

nope. Ended up heading for Edmonton to get a load of fence posts. on the deerfoot we passed by an rcmp that was backwards and spun out up a hill. there was about 5 trucks jack knifed in the center meridian to. by red deer it was dry. in Edmonton it was the middle of a drought and everyone was staring at us because the truck and trailer were all coated in snow and ice lol. oh yeah. it was July.

Dude... it's really the way your company orders the truck. It looks like your company is very CHEAP!! Mine is a 2017 with comes with a Cummins ISX15 which far exceeds the performance of that MaxCrap motor. I have all the cabinet doors, but I have a second bunk which I took the mattress out of and gave it to the company. I store things up there. The hole in the cab you want to put a cooler in is made for a mini fridge. My company does not supply them for free, but we can buy a fridge on payments through them. The sound system in these trucks leaves a LOT to be desired! Scratch that crap off the list. The radio should actually be installed ABOVE the switches for ease of access while driving. The passenger seat in my truck is also an air ride seat. But if it were a box seat, I would like to see a drawer on the inside for storage. The rear vinyl wall IS nice for cleaning but it is very flimsy and when making the bed I like to lift the mattress up and I need to lean on that back wall to do so. But CAN'T... it pushes in and you can ruin it. The other BIG issue with most trucks, really... is POOR INSULATION!! Man... if you're in Arizona in the summertime, our Auto stop-start is on continuously- Shut it off for a minute and you will BAKE!! Vise Versa for winter in cold areas. I agree, there should be a way to mount a flat screen TV though International is caught up in the 90's. Must be Old Farts running the conference room during idea discussions. 8-/ I also carpeted my floor which makes the truck much more comfy. -Peace

Hate when people do these tours and take 13 minutes and go through every button. Just show the damn truck. We know what the buttons do.

there seems to be no two same interior layouts in international trucks... even if it's the same year and same make and model.... I don't fuckin get it.
@lamboman22 жыл бұрын
you read the switch titles but don't explain what they do... not very helpful.

cheapest and worst interor. Buttons feel like cheap plastic with poor design.
