Wouldn't it be a good idea to remove the paint before welding the gusset kit on? Using a gas shield mig, it will tend to draw the paint into your weld and contaminate the weld.

Now that I think about, 3" lift with the smittybilt Xrc fenders tat replace body panels should be perfectly fine seeing you put 37" tires on a 2.5" lifted jeep

trackstar1able Yes, I would like to know what that would cost for someone who is not "Related". I totaled up the parts(BTW, some of your links are dead), looks like $5795 without labor or tax. Can you give me an idea of hours of labor and typical hourly rate? I would assume you would get some discount on parts if you bought all of those at once, no?

I just spent $3000 on a 3.5" lift and 35" tires with 17" rims. So adding the re-gearing and fox shocks. Your looking at $1200+ just for the lift and probably $3200 for tires and rims. Re-gearing roughly another $500. You are probably looking at close to $5000 for this setup.

+ArthurLAvila I think the diff gears solved that problem. It just raised the gear ratio to compensate for the larger diameter tires

Customers focus was on the suspension and what was needed to clear the tire size they wanted. Another video shortly we already have the bumpers for it.

Why?..... WHY????.. would you buy the "Rubicon" package if you're throwing aftermarket shocks on, upgrading the gears, and modding it? Save the $ and buy whatever model cosmetically suites your needs if you're upgrading the performance parts you paid the dealer for, for absolutely no reason.
