engine and transmission are very reliable, but some electronics can end up taking a shit on u ours had a door lock go bad ($900 to replace) and the headlight switch is faulty (common issue) and is $400 to fix (or $200 for the part and u can diy) but besides that its soooo comfortable i love it 😻

@@redriver15262 You mean that V6? Since when is any direct injection gasoline V6 made by Mercedes reliable xd? No hate on "your" cars, I drive an A-Class myself, but I work at a Mercedes dealership in Germany. We don't have that many gasoline V6 customers, but every single one of them (6 to be exact) who had the facelift GLK 350 experienced an oil buring problem, had carbon build up on the intake valve or a problem with the chain tensioner. And because gas prices are more caked up than Kim Kardashian, they don't drive that many Kilometers think they all where under 55.000km/34.000mi. The rest is solid sure there are some problems with the ignition but that's nothing new, they don't rust that fast, they have pretty ok transmissions it's really a fine car :D Edit: I got a "new" car an Alfa Romeo. Also if you really wanna get a serious Mercedes. Pls get a diesel. Like I said that's what most Germans here buy if they wanna get a Mercedes.

How much did you pay for one? I usally don't like GLKs until I saw this version in white with the tan leather and the wood trim. In Germany most GLKs are GLK 220 CDI diesels with 170hp in black and sith the ugly offroad package and I'd have to pay 11.000€/13.000$ for a 2009 with hig mileage For a model like in the video as GLK 350 with lower mileage I'd have to pay 24.000€/28.500$ Is that a lot compared to yours?

I thought the same when I got mine but it grows on you lol. It is perfect size comparable to the Acura MDX and Toyota RAV4. Very reliable car and strong v6 engine too. If anything I wish I could’ve bought mine in black but the white is really white so when you wax the car it just looks so luxurious.

I just bought a 2012 with 34,000 miles in mint condition and I’m a dude. Wife says it looks like I got my dad car and we don’t have kids yet but in my opinion drive what you like! Let the naysayers say what they will. It’s got a great powertrain and is by no means a girly car

I have a 2015 black w/ black interior and it definitely has grown on me! Initially, I questioned whether it was a little too small, especially while shaped like a SUV, but after a few months of maneuvering around Northern California in it- I Love it!!!🖤
