I agree with all you said. I got myself this baby right away, I was going to buy the versys too with the whole package...but hell no after trying this one! the only thing I think its missing for being the perfect bike FOR THE PRICE would be a cruise control... that would be perfect! ;)

Sololane Mvlog I agree I do wish it had cruise control and a higher windscreen now that I own it. but other than I love it. have a topbox on the back with a backrest now so the missus is comfy :)

Check out the Puig Touring windscreen, makes all the difference and looks the part to. Got one myself, put out a fairly thorough review of it in a thread on the Motrider dot com forum. Nice vid btw, loved the exotic sorroundings. Not quite that temperature here on the other side of the planet....

Also just a quick note the tracer has a 18ltr tank compared to the 14ltr on the mt09 , which does help a lot on longer journeys 😁👍gazworld🌍

Mehdi Makboul Hey mate I am 6 foot 1 inch. The seat does have 2 positions, high and low. It is easily adjustable and requires no hand tools.

Hi Mehdi, I went to the local dealer yesterday and sat on one. I am 6 feet tall but have short legs. I wear a 31 inch inseam and with the seat in the lower position I sit with both feet completely on the ground. The bike had not been set up so no test ride yet but the dealer says next week.

jim lo Only above 160 kph. Not very often do you go this speed anyway. So it is no problem at all.

Did you find that the throttle was snatchy?

Takes a little bit to get used to. Definitely less snatchy than the tuned up naked version of this bike.

The tracer and the mt09 have a snatchy throttle , I have the mt09 2020 model and my mate has the tracer , on or off sometimes hard to keep smooth , been told a re map can sort this out 😁👍gazworld🌍
