@Max2712, after playing ETS2 for a while lately with your sounds, I want to express the admiration of your work again. All your EVO sounds, especially EVO2, are works of art. IMO you've become the best sound modder out there, reaching the unprecedented balance between realism, dynamics and detail. Your EVO mods sound simply amazing, once again - I'm in love with the BALANCE you have found, unlike others. Some modders make good engine sounds too, but they are either lack "dynamics", i.e. even if they have a lot of details - the eventual sound picture is feeling boring, vapid; or in reverse, the engine itself is recorded nice, feeling real, but the overall picture completely lacks some neat details - air flows, whining, rattles are very generic or absent. But you've mastered the both approaches - so many interesting, little details, and overall sound is very "juicy" and rich. I love it and appreciate your noticeable progress, dedication to your work. Please keep it coming, my friend (would be great to have DAF from you, updated Volvo too). You've become number one for ETS, that's for sure. Cheers!

Ich spiele seit 2012 den ETS2 und ohne deine Soundmods vergeht mir die Lust am spielen.. :D Zwei schnelle Fragen: 1. Ist es geplant, den Volvo Sound auf EVO1 oder EVO2 zu updaten? (bzw. Sanax kompatibel?) 2. Wird es in der Zunkunft einem Renault T Sound auf Gumroad geben? Vielen Dank für deine Arbeit und Mühen!

Hi, der Volvo Sound wird noch geupdated, höchstwahrscheinlich auf EVO1, da ich ihn sonst nochmal neu aufnehmen müsste. Und für Sanax Premium Volvo gibt es auf seinem DC einen Compatibility Fix für meinen Sound. Und ein Renault T Sound Pack folgt, wenn ich mal einen Lkw in echt aufnehmen kann. Dies ist bis jetzt leider noch nicht möglich gewesen.

The sound is excellent, but I noticed that your sounds are often incompatible with other authors. For example, when installing the sound on other engines (Krishbaum) or using autonomous Zeemods, they are muffled, suppressed by your mod and sound different. Maybe it's just me, but please pay attention. It might be a soundproofing issue.

When using my sound mods, you need to deactivate all other sound mods for that specific truck you are using. Each sound pack from each author features different interior attenuation and reverb settings which get overwritten by each other sound pack. There's no way to change that.

Super Sound, aber irgendwie funktioniert die mod bei mir nicht. Hab schon alle möglichen Reihenfolgen im Mod-Manager ausprobiert, bekomme immer nur den Stock-Sound. Hat da jemand vielleicht eine Idee?

Sound Mods müssen immer an oberster Stelle im Mod Manager positioniert werden. Und wenn du meinen Motor in der Werkstatt des Lkw sehen kannst, dann funktioniert auch der Sound. Oder du benutzt einen falschen Lkw. Die unterstützten Lkw stehen auf der Produktseite im 1. Absatz.

This is right, it's exactly the same in real life. Every time you step on the throttle with full load, the truck makes that noise. I have recorded that effect multiple times while driving IRL

Du hast den falschen Lkw. Du musst die alten Scania nutzen, nicht die neuen. Es ist kein Scania Next Generation Sound, sondern für den R2009 und Streamline von SCS.
