2015 Seat Ibiza 1.2 TSI Error Codes U101F00 / P0068 / P156400 / P307A00 Fixed

Today we are having a look at a Seat Ibiza 1.2 TSI that has a water leak and is running lumpy, Firstly we ran a scan on the OBD port and got the codes
U101F00 - Engine control unit
P0068 - MAP/MAF throttle position correlation
P156400 - throttle valve control pasrt J338 iunsuffiant voltage during basic settings
P307A00 - intake system air flow too low
Leading us to the area of the throttle body and intake system, we found the water pump to have coolant residue on it indicating a leak so we replaced the water pump we also found a small black vacuum like hose on top of the water pump leading to the intake, when we stripped the intake we found all the brown sludge, we came up with the conclusion the water pump failed then allowing water up this vacuum pipe into the inlet causing the brown sludge build up restricting air flow and some even running through the system causing the lumpy running, after a good clean out and all sludge removed we cleared the codes took the car for a drive and re scanned it, the car ran smooth and no codes displayed.
Job well done.
When we say tighten it up if it needs torquing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, as all vehicles are different.
