Well, with 670 rwhp vs Lethals 805 rwhp, lethal did a 10.38@135... This automatic has it beat with a lot less hp.

The new 5.0 is stout. Hellcat is 700-800 lbs heavier. Worse aerodynamics too. The mustang only needs 600 crank hp (which is around 530 rwhp), to equal a hellcat in 1/4 mi. No brainier there. Heck, Ford Racing themselves made the first Supercharged new 5.0 run 10.77@130 mph with 610 crank hp with just headers and slicks with the rear axle upgrade. I'm a SRT guy, and have been many private Hellcat events early in its realease and saw the best SRT drivers, driving hellcats, and not getting any better than 11.4@124 on slicks and 12.2@120 on OEM street tires. The dodge is a brick, plain and simple.

It's easy to have a faster car than a hellcat with considerable less hp, when there's a 700-800 lb difference in weight. Not to mention the hellcats are bricks aerodynamicly speaking.

Lethal is making 805whp and this 670whp

This car has to be spraying. No way on earth is a time and speed like this possible on a fairly mild tune and 670 rwhp. Also, how did this car clear the 1/4 in top of 3 rd gear? You put 2.93 rear gear in it? Or 3.08? Can't be the stock Oem 3.15's that are stock on the 5.0 automatic.

Autos are always faster in the 1/4. That's why 95% of the fastest 1/4 race cars/street cars are autos.
