about the windscreen: I truly hope that VW will not change that. If the screen would be more inclined to give more interior space, it would require additional side window division. I can say from my personal experience (with my small Honda) that I suffer from lack of visibility. It is dangerous on pedestrian crossings, I was really scared few times. I would say VW found a good balance for their windscreen.

He told me that they questioned the US market guys if they wanted the CLS Shooting Brake, but they denied. I think they all really believe that estate versions dont sell over there.
