2015 worlds for me will always be best worlds because of the iconic moments and the stories behind it all. My first time watching competitive league, the skt dynasty, east vs west in semis, the excellent generation of hype, Faker proving that he's the greatest player in history, underdog stories, the iconic plays, etc. I absolutely loved it

This was a great Worlds, I hope we'll get to see lots of the players again next Worlds. This video captured some great scenes perfectly and makes me feel kinda sad that it's over :c And for some reason Phreak saying "There is no base left, there's only victory" in combination with that Westdoor scene always gives me goosebumps

And even though NA got destroyed in the last week of group stages, the west showed that they arent just a bunch of random teams that are there for asian teams to beat, they proved that they have the ability to compete with all the world class teams.

Richard sperta you have to realize the only "god" korean team this year really was skt. KT had very very close games with origen, and koo lost to flash wolves twice. Even with that we saw the best performance from lms and wildcard regions that weve ever seen. not to mention this was pretty much the best worlds for eu since like season 1. and we also got to see the fall of chinese teams, considered the 2nd best region in the world. only one chinese team got through groups, and they lost in the quarter finals to an EU team. that would have never even come close to happening last year or in season 3

I was in berlin in the finals and while the games were played most of the time there was a koo tiger hype never a SKT it was so sick everyone was crying Koo Tigers Clap Clap Clap and the lights changed n stuff unforgettable experience

Yeah, and did you see SKT's faces? Faker literally flashed into 3 people, then laughed as they killed him. faker became 2 time world champion. undefeated all star champion. 4 times lck champion. undefeated on 14 champs. his mere presence on the map is enough to pressure the game. he gets so much respect bans and teams literally build countercomps to him specifically. he is undoubtly the best player in the world... yet some people are callling him overrated.

+skt t1 vvvortic Teams are building a full countercomp againt faker, but they forget Marin. He's not 'better' but he's as good as faker in what he's doing. They are both almost perfect in their jobs, which are very different. You can say Faker is the best midlaner, but you can't say he's the best player.

+Anatole TÉNARD faker in lck was like 14th mid laner who was getting income and was 3th damage dealt mid laner. in worlds he was the 2nd least income mid laner and was top 5 damage dealt. marin is literally getting all the resources and jungle pressure and does as much as fakers does with less. gold income in skt is marin, bang and then faker. and faker was playing scaling champions. this skt before bengi and faker (sister team) was a mid tier challenger team. and now they won worlds. must be marin bang and wolf right? and dont ever mention other players with faker again they dont come in a conversation with him...

But there are people, including myself that think that marin isnt even the best toplaner. That is the difference and why faker is the best player in league of legends.
