Yeah, A-30 is awesome. In a perfect world it would be signed as an auxiliary route of the Trans-Canada Highway.

When you leave the 20, to get on the 30 which lane should you stay on. We did this a year ago and ended up in down town Montreal.... this is second time we have done this

So I am hoping this is correct,, Once we are on the A30 if we stay in the middle lane, no turning off and keep looking for the A 30 we will just drive nicely from Ontario into New Brunswick? Please say I am correct the thought of driving in the city makes me sick. I live in a small town with 264 people.

From Ontario to New Brunswick, it is relatively decent, though you go back to A 20/Trans-Canadian once they meet each other again.

Can you tell what the toll/charge would be for the trip? My son and I did a trip to the Laurentians and Montreal last summer and stayed in Longueil, we were going to return via Hwy 30 but decided against it when we learned it is a toll road.
