Some legit torque! What I love about turbo cars is that with 3-4k rpms you can be passing cars really quickly!

OTBS99 6 the reliability was fine. Dont have it now, needed something bigger. Can recommend tho, if you see one. Basically a gti, in different clothes.

@@statisticsspeakforitself4205 hi. I changed the àudi for an old passat r36 which is quite rare where I live. Never seen another actually. Paid too much but it had only 24k miles and couldn't resist. Had to spend about another 3k to get it right but it's been fantastic ever since. The wife has an r32 and I wanted the pair as hers has been great. Had it for 12 years now. What about yourself?

Wow, looks like a considerable difference between the 1.8 and 2.0 . I am looking for my first car later in the year, and just focusing on certain brands to find something i really like. Currently checking out Audi and more specifically A3. I was thinking 1.8 but I'm a sporty guy and that quick shift is sick!

I’m trading my GTI in for an A3. I miss driving an Audi... but I’m gonna tune mine to give it a little more pep. The S3 is a little more than I want to spend, but an A3 with a stage 1 tune gets me the performance I want 😁

The best test drive I've ever seen, without words :) BTW, I am going to buy this beast this summer. I know that this car with this engine could beat every car that has engines till 3.0t. But in this way it will be S3 or RS3 competition :)

Our 2015 A3 is at 70k now and going strong. Very fun car to drive. often catch myself going a bit too fast. once you get a feel for the boost you can time it great as well

I used my stopwatch for timing, damn its 6.2 seconds to 100km. Very fast!!! I'm thinking what will be with this car if you will do chip-tuning and change catalyst :))))

Have one as a rental; fun little thing. Quattro AWD means even heavy rain still doesn't faze this car. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of standard equipment; it is disappointing to know even a rear-view camera and keyless entry/start-stop is optional while a Nissan Altima costing $7000 less have both as standard equipment.

dry509 I'm 185 5-10 when you say long how long are we talking about. I took a 1k mile road trip and it was no trouble. My legs and butt are also pretty wide lmk if you need more info about this car I own one and use it as my daily was skeptical before I bought it. And it was hard to get info

OPTIK UK no normal diesel sound if you want sound get 1.8T or 2.0T

Maybe better....higher milleage, and resoft from 150 to 190, if quattro, will fly in the 3rd and 4th....

+Alan Turton he is driving aggressively, it seems stock, and he is in Sport Mode - note the "S" at the bottom of the display - they are quick little rides when in Sport Mode - the Default Drive Mode feels more like an overdrive. :-) I have the same exact car except it is a 2015
