2016 Bluebird Vision w 6.8l 3v Triton V10 (gasoline)

I happen to be the only one on KZbin as of the time when this was uploaded to film a gasoline Bluebird Vision with a V10. This bus is not propane. The bus starts up right around the 0:55 second mark the ones you here before that are the two buses next to the one I am in. If you are wondering why this bus shifts so smooth is because the only transmission for this bus is Ford's 6R140 6-speed automatic.

The parish I live in received a few new gasoline visions. I drove behind one with my windows down and didn't even know that sound was coming from a school bus

Huh. Most of the new Visions (2015-onwards) I've heard/seen in Suffolk County tend to be the diesel-powered ISBs. Most except for one with the blue streamer and logo (477). It does sound like that of some muscle car from the outside, which did catch me off-guard. Would be interesting to hear its fan kick in.

It's fan when it kicked on was very quiet. But this bus has a 6.8L 3 valve per cylinder Ford Triton V10.

The reason the shifts are great is because the transmission is the 6R140 TorqShift 6-Speed Automatic

that is not possible anymore. Because I was a student on that bus not the bus driver and I'm a senior in high school now and I'm graduating this May.

Tell your bus driver you can rev it all the way to 4000 rpm, and get good speed. After the first gear your only going 25 mph

N. T. This technically wasn't my main bus driver. But the bus is my main bus. He didn't rev it all the way up but my regular bus driver has before. The only problem is that this bus has an issue where if it doesn't have a load on it and even sometimes when it has a load. It will get stuck in 1st and won't shift out unless you take your foot off the gas and put it back on.

ust wondering are you happy with the v 10 vs a diesel ? I am trying to upgrade my 24 pass bus I have a 7.3 diesel and wondering about the v 10 power and mileage any help would help thanks in advance

Diesel mileage is much better but gas is less maintenance prone. So whichever suits you needs. The gas ones get about 6 or 7
