2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray (C7) POV Driving Impressions At Night

Special thanks and shout to my guy Zander for making this happen. This is a treat for me to drive a Corvette, especially at night. I remember when the seventh generation or C7 Corvette debut for the 2014 model year. I was in high school at the time during it release. At first, I didn't like the rear taillights. However, over time, they grew on me, and I love this generation, Corvette. It's nothing like having a Corvette with a manual transmission, especially a seven speed manual pair, to the 6.2L LT1 V8, making 460 hp. Really enjoy the drive around town and definitely put a smile on my face.

C7’s have great power but they don’t have so much power that first gear is useless. He just needs better tires or tires that haven’t been heat cycled as much. They will dead hook with a good tire even a A/S performance oriented tire such as a Michelin Pilot Sport AS or a Continental DWS06. I know this because I’ve had both of those tires on my manual C7.
